About CM
The Cortez Method (CM) is a Spanish teaching method developed by Juan G. Cortez - founder of Spanish Language Center in Chicago. This method walks students from the basics of conversational Spanish in the Intro levels up to more complex structuring and grammar in the advanced levels.
The CM is divided into 14 levels from Intro up to Advanced. Each level is 100% conversational and presents new tenses and vocabulary that then is constantly repeated throughout the next levels to improve retention. In addition to the oral exercises, each level presents hundreds of written exercises with a corresponding answer key.
